Whew!  What a novel filled with suspense, twists, turns and danger along with a man who’s an evil narcissist!  Readers meet a young woman who is a brilliant computer wizard whose life has been anything but glamorous.  While Sara may seem to have gumption and a fearless attitude towards her boss underneath she is scared and sick of being so!  Plus, the man she works for is a man who thinks only of himself and his main source of control is having others fear him.
This evil man has people he has bought to make sure he is never caught stealing millions of dollars from credit card companies.  When he is through with an employee, let’s just say there is no severance benefit package anyone can see.  Sara, after being beaten for disobeying this narcissist, is rescued by a man named Derry Conway.  He believes God has brought him into her life and has with all his heart devoted his life to protecting her from further harm if at all possible.
As readers go further into the suspense-filled thriller they will see just how real evil is and how God can do more than we can ask or think.  Because of Sara’s past she is afraid to trust Derry or his FBI friend Lamar even though they both assure her of their care.  However, Sara just thinks it’s a smoke screen and eventually she is going to be hurt, dead or caught by the FBI as they close in on the credit card scamming ring.
I stayed up late reading this book because I so wanted to see how the author was going to bring it to a conclusion.  The neat part about the ending is that there seems like there could be a sequel if the author chooses.  Otherwise, I look forward to another great book from him eventually as he has gained a new fan in this reviewer!

This whole series is so worth reading! They excel at suspense and grabbing the heart of the reader, pulling them into the plethora of happenings in the book. The series has a total of four books that can be read as stand-alone stories though I found reading them in order helped enhance my understanding of the plot and characters.
The titles in order are: Convenient Lies, Twisted Lies followed by Generous Lies, which comes before this final novel I am sharing my thoughts on today.Robin weaves such a well-crafted plot that brings the reader into the story from the first page, and then keep turning the pages with all the twists and turns in the plot.I felt like I was right there observing what was happening around me even though I was reading the book.
Time flew by quickly and I was unaware of what was going on around me because I was lost in the pages!Right th…
